Do people seem mean to you? Why are people mean to each other?
-I text my roommate and asked her very nicely would she put away her dry dishes before putting more wet ones on top - she text me back and said she would move out!She retracted what she said about moving out.Really, she would say something so serious to me in a text message and just to hurt me.
-I was bidding on an item in ebay and with 4-5 seconds to go another bidder lurking in the shadows pounced and tried to snatch the item rather than bidding fairly.
I just seem sensitive to it at the moment!
like at work last week I incorrectly removed a label from some files..its a 2 second job to re-print but a filing clerk who had nothing to do with the task stood there with a filthy look at me and ****** her teeth like the Jamaicans do here…Why? Over like 3-4 labels?

HI lovetotalk..no actually..youre not right..I’ve just returned from 2.5 years in the slums in the philippines where I was doing development work.I’m a social worker.I think culturally I am in shock at mistreatment of each other. It wasnt like that where I was
also.. it was my 4th ever bid on ebay and seemed mean to me how the person behaved.
My roommate is in her 40’s and I dont think there is an explanation for attacking like that.
I wasnt running on the golf course!I was in rough ground and the dog wandered to the edge of the green near the men.I was calling the dog and walking fast.
You seem mean too! Why is everyone so mean?Surely its easier to be kind?

2 dogs- too unstable of an environment?.(kinda LONG)?
OK so heres the deal, I just want opinions.
I’m 18 (19 in September) and I live in my mother’s house. I pay her for all the utilities and she lives with her boyfriend. I own a dog and a cat. Let me say, I’m no irresponsible kid. I’m an active animal advocate and recently started helping out in a pit bull rescue. I love love animals, and my mother gave me the ok to foster a dog through a local rescue. Im falling for this boy, he is a big ole goof ball. If my mom were to decide to put her home on the market, I would have to rent an apt or home. I want to be on my own, obviously my animals would be a burden to move in with someone else.
I was contemplating adopting this boy, because he fits into my life perfectly. I wasn’t planning on getting another dog until I was in a stable situation. Not that my situation is hectic, it’s just not totally permanent. I plan on moving in the future…year or so. I know I can handle this dog and my dog just fine, heck I am. If I were to adopt him I would still like to foster another because at one time I had a total of 6 dogs, on crate and rotate for 2 weeks(family went on vacation). I’m not doubting my abilities at all.
I just don’t know if as a college student come Jan. and not owning a home (which i know alot of people don’t), am I totally insane for considering this? Say I did adopt him, It would be me, 2 dogs (under 50pounds) and a small cat….That would be who I in the future would be caring for.
I am not a typical 18 year old, as I must stress, if my neighbor’s find a dog, they bring it to me. I find the owner. Ive worked with my local SPCA. Animals are my life. I’m a responsible American Pit Bull Terrier owner, and could tell you alot about this breed.

I do get what youre saying and im taking what everyone is saying into consideration. IF worst came to WORST i have plenty of places to place my dog(s) HOWEVER that is a really slim option for me. Dogs are a lifetime commitment to me, and just like a child, I plan on being with them through and through.
And yes many many places have breed restrictions, but I have found few that don’t. My resident dog IS an APBT, so im already looking for all breed friendly housing.
Of course I could be in this situation for a while…im just thinking ahead.

OH and if my mom were to sell this house, she would be living with her boyfriend, who to say the least makes alot of money, and she would have little bills to pay. Not a rental situation

Is this good for my dog?
I buy frozen/uncooked chicken
I cook the chicken, adding no salts and/or seasonings.
I put the cooked chicken in the refrigerator and feed my dog this chicken for 5-7 days.
I know chicken is good, but not enough. Tell me, in regards to what I am doing so far, good or bad? Can chicken last in the fridge for 5-7 days without going bad? Tell me, what other foods (that I can buy from a regular grocery shop) should be added to the meal. Vegetables?
While you fine people help me out, I’ll go on Google some stuff myself. Thank you.

Ingredients difference between canned dog food and canned cat food?
While feeding our dogs I had opened a can of canned dog food and put a few tablespoons in each dog bowl then added the dry dog food.
A drop of the canned dog food landed on the counter.. The cat bolted over to eat the drop of dog food.
What exactly is the difference??
