French Mastiff Pup, 14 weeks?

My Mastiff has massive front paws but bend perfectly and no pain and walks fine just doesn’t look right, has anyone had a french mastiff pup before and am I only worrying too much as never had this breed before?

Does anyone know details of where/when the pit bull being cloned in Korea saved the owner’s life?

Bernann McKinney or McKunney claims her pit bull “Booger” saved her life when a Mastiff attacked and tore off her arm. That should have made the papers or television somewhere? Looking for a concrete reference.

Is it normal for female dog to start bleeding again in third week of heat cycle?

My female English Mastiff is in heat for the first time. She started bleeding around June 23 and then about 13 days later it did get thinner and more straw colored. Now it is day 19 and she has been bleeding bright red again. Is this normal? We have her scheduled to be spayed on July 21st but was wondering if I need to take her to the vet to be checked out before then?

Does anyone happen to know of any TOP breeders for Fila or English Mastiff breeders? By top breeder I mean a breeder that has the guarentees, like hip, knee and health guarentee, socialization started. things like that.

What and How to feed my 2 months old puppy?

I’ll be receiving my puppy in a couple of days. He’ll be shipped from another state. He’s an Olde English Bulldogge/Dogue De Bourdeaux Mix(French Mastiff). The breeder is feeding him Eukanuba and Purina mixed. I’ve been doing my own research about some real high quality puppy food(dry) for large breeds. I came up with some Brand names like: Wellness, Solid Gold, Eagle Pack Holistic, Nutro Ultra Holistic, Blue Buffalo, Merrick, Innova, Canidae, Fromm, GO Natural, Orijen(excellent canadian dog food) etc. just to name a few. I’m thinking to feed him Eagle Pack with Orijen (mixing it). Maybe 50-50 or 60-40 (60% E. Pack, 40% Orijen). I need some suggestions from experience people please (breeders, dog nutricionists, dog owners, veterinarians, etc). I’ll appreciate your help !

I have a bull mastiff/rottweiler mix and i’m trying to train it to sit and stay.But he doesnt respond to me.I make noises behind him to see if he hears them,but it seems like he doesn’t know where the noise is coming from.How do i know if he’s deaf? He’s only 8.5 weeks.

What does it mean when a dog leans into you?

Our dog will come over by me whenever one of the cats come downstairs, turn towards them and lean into my leg with her side as to try and block me. It wouldn’t be so bad if she wasn’t so big, she is a Mastiff/Coon hound mix.

i own one now,he is 8 months old,weighs about 110 lbs,is really good natured at home,but get him around people he does not know is kind of hairy.he is very protective and obidient.i need to get him out of this “mean” stage,can anyone help me out with this,any suggestions?
