Why does my 2 year old dog **** in the house?

My dog is 2 years old. We recently had our parents dog over for two weeks. Their dog pooped and peed in our dining room almost every day. After their dog left, we had the carpets professionally cleaned. Now our dog is using the same spot to go to the bathroom. Whe used to be very good about not using it, but now she poops there at least once a week. How can I make her stop?

Is my dog pregnant?

My dog began going in heat while staying w/ a dog-sitter while my husband and i were out of town in late June. We don’t know if she got out at all during this time. She now has slightly engorged mammaries and it seems as though her stomach is starting to grow outward. Is this a normal part of finishing her mentstrual cycle? And is it too soon for her to be having these symptoms? Other than a trip to the vet, is there any way to tell for sure. We’ll obviously take her to the vet, but I don’t want to take her if I’m completely wrong in this…
I don’t want to spay her; we plan on breeding her. And i don’t need comments from crazy dog owners who are against breeding.
I didn’t say i was a breeder, i said i intended to breed my dog eventually. She is only six months old and was left w/ the dog sitter NOT in heat. I didn’t let her out, and i had no intentions of breeding her until we were prepared, so back off. Does a woman know absolutely everything about being pregnant and about motherhood before she becomes pregnant - no. Life is something you learn as you go. And for those of you who enjoying throwing around your little definitions of this or that, i’m not impressed. Yes, i know her parents, i got her from a reputable breeder, and she has her papers and is certified. Thanks for your help. Once again you’ve proved that the only people who answer questions in the “dog” section are people who are uptight and obviously have no other lives outside their little k9 world.

How do I get better registration papers for my Rottweiler?

I got my 4 month old Rottweiler from my sister, and I saw the papers for the great-grandparents,so I know that he’s full blooded. But for one reason or another they stop registering the puppies. Then when they started again they decided to use CKC.I’ve contacted AKC and told them what was going on and that both his parents are CKC registered. They told me that I couldn’t register him through ACK OR CKC (Canadian Kennel Club).I was told by a friend of my sisters that there is a way.Is this true and how?

how old does a snail have to be to breed?

We have a batch of snails that are now about 4 months old. Their parents (unfortunately) were eaten by a cichlid. But I am curious of how old these little guys have to be to breed.

What kind of a temperament is my Doberman pup(4 months male) gonna have when he grows up?

when i take him for walk he is normal…he is not so nervous towards strangers or kids….infact i have made sure that he is even taken to crowded regions often (TOO MUCH CROWD MAKES HIM NERVOUS)….there is no prob there….but the trouble begins when some dogs bark at him…he gets kinda panicky and tries to run off….he is easy with dogs as long as they don’t start growling at him….IS HE GOING TO BE SHY?? WILL HE BE SCARED OF BARKING DOGS FOREVER??? WILL HE B A GOOD WATCH DOG??? IS GOING TO BE LIKE THIS(NERVOUS) FOR EVER?? and i have started to take him for walks only recently after all his shots were done…so he is new to this…daily walk thing…His parents were of damn steady and cool temperament……

Parents, how did you go about introducing your dog to your new baby?

My husband and I are expecting our first child in July. We have a very sweet, loving, not aggressive American Pit Bull terrier (Please do not respond if you feel the need to tell me my dog could “turn on us at any time” because of the breeds reputation, that’s extremely ignorant) and we’re just making sure we go about introducing the newest member of our family as responsibly as possible. Thanks so much for your help :)
